A small, invite-only cohort of founders running one accountability loop: lock one monthly binary goal and ship it every weekday — weekends are optional. Post screenshot proof before your local midnight. Done or not done. No maybes, no grace periods — miss a required day, and it's $100 with the whole room watching.

The loop
One weekday cycle, run in Discord. Simple, binary, and unforgiving — the rules don't bend and the ledger doesn't forget.
Lock one monthly goal
Done or not done — like "post one TikTok a day." You set it once for the month. No half-credit, no negotiating it down midstream.
Ship it — every weekday
Monday through Friday, no skipping — the streak is the product. Weekends are yours; you don't get to skip Tuesday because Tuesday was hard.
Post proof by local midnight
Screenshot or file upload, visible in the proof channel and checked by AI for whether it actually matches your goal. Late doesn't count.
Miss a weekday? Owe $100
Every required weekday miss is $100. Weekends are optional: submit if you want the receipt on the board, but you don't owe for taking Saturday or Sunday off.
Month-end settles up
The member with the fewest misses gets paid out at the end of the month. Ties split it. Miss more than 5 days in a month and you're out — and locked out for 3 months.
The ledger is the source of truth. Your story isn't.

Execution pressure with real money on it — not a support group. We built it to be uncomfortable on purpose.
No consolation
We don't celebrate almost. There's no recovery badge, no "good effort." You shipped, or you didn't.
Everyone is watching
Every member's misses are visible to the whole Discord. You ship in public — and so do your gaps.
$100 per miss
Every required weekday miss is real money owed. The point is not ceremony — it's making the cost of disappearing impossible to ignore.
Lowest misses gets paid
At month-end, the lowest-miss member gets paid out. If multiple people tie, they split it. Discipline should have a scoreboard.

Invite-only and kept small on purpose. Three hard requirements — and a temperament to match. All of it has to be true.
