§ 01

The loop

One daily cycle, run in Discord. Simple, binary, and unforgiving — the rules don't bend and the ledger doesn't forget.

Set one binary goal

Done or not done — like "post one TikTok a day." No half-credit, no negotiating it down later.

Ship it — every weekday

Monday through Friday, no skipping — the streak is the product. Weekends are yours; you don't get to skip Tuesday because Tuesday was hard.

Post proof, same day

A clear, verifiable link or screenshot, posted in the daily-proof channel. Late doesn't count. No grace periods, no exceptions.

Miss a day? Pay the pot

Every missed day is $100, sent within 24 hours to the fund holder. Don't pay, and you're removed on the spot.

Month-end settles up

The member with the fewest misses takes the whole pot. Miss more than 5 days in a month and you're out — and locked out for 3 months.

The ledger is the source of truth. Your story isn't.

What you're signing up for

Execution pressure with real money on it — not a support group. We built it to be uncomfortable on purpose.

No consolation

We don't celebrate almost. There's no recovery badge, no "good effort." You shipped, or you didn't.

Everyone is watching

Every member's misses are visible to the whole Discord. You ship in public — and so do your gaps.

$100, paid in 24h

Every missed day is real money, sent to the fund holder within 24 hours. Don't pay, and you're removed immediately.

Winner takes the pot

Penalties pool into a monthly pot. The most consistent member takes it all — ties split it evenly. Discipline pays.

Invite-only and kept small on purpose. Three hard requirements — and a temperament to match. All of it has to be true.

[x]Takes blunt, public feedback without flinching or going quiet.

[x]Pays a miss within 24 hours. No drama, no excuses.
